Repeat 10 times Suck in your cheeks and let go, five to seven times.Look upwards, tilt the head back and stretch the neck to the maximum. Anti tan pack: 3 tsp sandalwood powder, juice of ½ lemon, rosewater or cucumber water, and cold milk. Blend together and apply the pack on face, neck, back and arms. Keep till the pack dries. Wash off. Follow with a moisturiser.
